RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each piece from Hossle Woodworks is handmade and unique. Variations in wood tone, grain quality, measurements, are what make handcrafted one-of-a-kind items special, and should be expected. We create our pieces as precisely as possible, however slight imperfections are not uncommon. The products are made using a veneered plywood, so occasional minor defects in the wood and veneer (voids, indents, minor scratches) may occur. We do our best to repair or conceal these. Any items being returned for the reasons stated here are not eligible for return.
(01) Decor
Decor items are eligible for return within a 5 day period following receipt of the item. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the return amount. Email info@hosslewoodworks.com to initiate a return.
If an item is received by the customer in damaged condition, Hossle Woodworks may process an exchange of the item. Damage does not include variations in wood grains, small voids or indents in the ply layers, or minor scratches on the veneer.
All inquiries regarding exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt of the item by emailing info@hosslewoodworks.com
(02) Furniture
Furniture from Hossle Woodworks is made-to-order and we expect all sales to be final. However, returns/cancellations of standard-sized collection pieces will be accepted at any point between the initial payment and up to 72 hours following receipt of the item. Return shipping/drop-off to studio is the responsibility of the Customer. A 35% fee will be deducted from the return amount.
Upon receipt of completed items, the Customer must inspect and immediately alert Hossle Woodworks of any potential damage. Damage does not include variations in wood and grain tone, small voids, minor scratches, indents in the ply layers, or minor measurement discrepancies. Items that are received in damaged condition may qualify for an exchange or partial refund at the discretion of Hossle Woodworks.
Items damaged during shipping will be repaired or replaced at no expense to the customer. See Shipping for more details.
Measurements to ensure that free-standing furniture pieces reach, and fit into, the space desired must be taken by the Customer prior to ordering. Hossle Woodworks bears no responsibility for this and will not accept returns in these situations.
Items not properly cared for are never eligible for returns. This includes, but is not limited to, humidity damage, sun damage, and water marks.
(03) Discontinued, Discounted, As-Is, and Outlet Items
All sales are final on discounted, discontinued, and outlet items. Any item listed in the outlet store may have imperfections.
(04) Customized Pieces/Custom Orders
All sales are final upon initial downpayment. No returns will be accepted. Failure to pay full invoiced amount will result in the forfeiture of products orders as well as any downpayment(s) already paid.
