SHIPPING & DELIVERY
DECOR
All decor items ship for free* anywhere in the United States via USPS ground (approximately 2-7 days) unless otherwise stated, or can be picked up from our showroom in NE Minneapolis.
FURNITURE
(01) Furniture is made-to-order and has a lead-time that varies. When you click “add to cart”, the lead time will be displayed.
(02) Furniture is shipped free* in the contiguous United States (allow an additional 2-3 weeks for shipping), delivered free* within the Twin Cities Metro Area (allow one week), or can be picked up from our showroom in NE Minneapolis (20% discount on furniture for using this option, using code PICKMEUP). Shipping beyond the lower 48 states is possible, but will require an added fee. Reach out with questions!
(03) The shipping service for free-standing furniture includes scheduled curbside delivery with easy unpacking using a box-knife. White Glove Delivery on shipped items is available for an additional $350-$750 (contact us before placing an order). Smaller furniture pieces (end tables, coffee tables, and nightstands) ship via UPS Ground.
(04) All shipped furniture is fully insured. If you receive a package that appears damaged, take detailed photographs prior to opening. If the item is damaged, send photographs of the packaging and the item to us, and we’ll work with our shipping partner to rectify the situation. Remedies may include, but are not limited to, local repair of said item or full replacement - at no cost to the customer.
(05) Delivery in the Twin Cities Metro area is free* and includes in-home delivery to the first floor of the house. Any parking fees (meter or parking ramp) required for a delivery are the responsibility of the client. It is at Hossle Woodwork’s discretion to determine how far into a home a piece can be brought, based on a number of factors including, but not limited to number of stairs and weight of the furniture piece.
(06) Pickup from our showroom in NE Minneapolis can be scheduled once the item is ready. Typical pickup hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, and occasional Saturdays.
(07) Completion timelines, estimates, and shipping speeds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
*What does FREE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY really mean? It means that the cost of the shipping has been averaged out and built into the full price of the item. It doesn’t mean that Hossle Woodworks is absorbing the cost of all the items we ship.
